Abstract
The development and testing of an X-band 137-element active reflect away ar e presented. The developed away integrates transistor amplifiers with dual- feed aperture-coupled microstrip patch antennas to provide active as well a s directive gain. Far-field radiation pattern results are presented and dis cussed. The power performance of the array is also examined. (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
