Abstract
A healthy 12-month-old donor treated with G-CSF for collection of stem cell s from peripheral blood developed a discrete, papular, erythematous eruptio n which histologically showed irregularly shaped lymphocytes with mitoses. We suggest that such a reaction is due to activation of lymphocytes by G-CS F in a normal host, leading to atypical changes in cellularity.
