Af. Zakharov et Mv. Sazhin, INFLUENCE OF THE GALACTIC GRAVITATIONAL-FIELD ON THE MICROLENSING OF NONCOMPACT BODIES, Astronomy letters, 23(3), 1997, pp. 349-354
The microlensing of background stars by stars made of neutralino that
have been recently studied by Gurevich and Zybin (1995) is considered.
These stars are suggested as a major contributor to the hidden mass.
A fairly rough model of microlensing with allowance for the gravitatio
nal field of the Galaxy is analyzed. It is shown that the influence of
this field on the microlensing by a gravitational lens made of neutra
lino with a mass of the order of the solar mass can give rise to a sha
rp increase of the intensity in the light curve, although the appearan
ce of this effect is unlikely.
