Abstract
Abdominal three-dimensional magnetic resonance angiography was performed in 35 patients in the equilibrium phase without fat saturation, with conventi onal fat saturation, and with fast partial fat saturation. Qualitative and quantitative evaluation demonstrated significantly better vessel visualizat ion with both fat-saturated techniques. The partial fat-saturated technique provided water-specific images within a breath hold, reducing motion artif acts significantly.
