Abstract
The copper(II)-catalyzed enantioselective conjugate addition of diethylzinc to 2-cyclohexen-1-one, in the presence of phosphoramidite, and of phosphit o-N chiral ligands, derived From X-chloroquinoline or 8-hydroxyquinoline an d (S)-4-chloro-3,5-dioxa-4-phosphacyclohepta[2,1-a;3,4-a']binaphthalene, re sulted in ee's of 70 and 51% , respectively.
