Abstract
Magnetization reversal of patterned magnetic structure consisting of single and double coupled ultrathin magnetic layers is simulated by solving Landa u-Lifshitz equations. Barkhausen's steps on the magnetization hysteresis lo op originating from magnetization lateral edge pinning are predicted and an alyzed in dependence on the size of rectangle patterns for Permalloy films.
