In this work is presented a method for observing directly the behavior of t
he interface in a liquid-liquid system and in particular the interfacial ce
llular convection in the system water-acetic acid-butylacetate. The techniq
ue used for visualizing interfacial turbulence is real-time dynamic hologra
phic interferometry (HI) in Bi12TiO20 (BTO) crystal in four-wave mixing con
figuration. The present method is quicker and simpler than other optical me
