Abstract
A distributed architecture that is suitable for a one-chip processor carryi ng out feedback control by integration of microactuators and sensors is pre sented. According to this architecture, a highly functional processor can b e realized with a minimal number of transistors. A verification prototype i s fabricated with PLD (Programmable Logic Device) IC, and running of a shap e recognition algorithm for objects is successful. (C) 2000 Scripts Technic a.
