Abstract
In the presence of trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf), benzo [b]cyclopropa[e]pyran-7-ol acetates easily reacted with silyl enol ethers t o give 2-alkyl substituted 2,3-dihydro-1-benzoxepin derivatives in good yie lds.
