Abstract
We will introduce the notion of a ring with a positive cone, and will const
ruct the associated K-1-semigroup and K-2-semigroup as functors, which can
be considered as some positive analogue of the usual K-1-group and K-2-grou
p. Then we will study explicit structures of them for various cases, especi
