Abstract
A method is presented that allows for the convenient and reliable determina tion of H-1-H-1 NMR coupling constants in higher order or symmetrically cou pled spin systems. The method can be applied on any programmable FT-NMR spe ctrometer and is demonstrated here on micromole quantities of sample in a s tandard 5-mm NMR tube.
