is. We report a case of granulomatous myopathy associated with primary bili
ary cirrhosis, pancytopenia, and thymoma. The literature in regard to granu
lomatous myopathy and its pathogenesis is reviewed. Intermittent pulsed int
ravenous methylprednisolone may be useful as maintenance therapy for granul
omatous myopathy and other neuromuscular syndromes for patients intolerant
