Abstract
GRAPHICS An efficient, three-step iterative synthesis of polypyrrolinones has been a chieved on solid support, setting the stage for the construction of a wide variety of libraries based on the pyrrolinone scaffold. Central to the appr oach is an effective end-game sequence featuring pyrrolinone ring construct ion with traceless release from the solid support.
