Abstract
In this paper, the mechanisms of the coagulation-mixing and of the mixing-m igration have been proposed to explain the current density variation during electrocoating and the effect of the accumulated energy in the compact reg ion of the colloid particles during the induction time. The influence of th e applied voltage on the stability of the various mechanisms which occur du ring the process has been studied. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All right s reserved.
