Abstract
The sensation of vertigo is a complex symptom that many patients find diffi cult to describe to their physician. Indeed, many physicians find evaluatin g and treating patients with the vertigo a difficult task. This chapter wil l attempt to outline the work up, evaluation and treatment of a patient wit h the complaint of vertigo.
