Abstract
The inflammatory pseudotumor of the urinary bladder is rare, especially in
children, it is a benign proliferative lesion of the submucosal stroma easi
ly mistaken for a sarcoma clinically, so it should be differentiated from a
malignant neoplasm. We report the case of bladder inflammatory pseudotumor
in a 7-year-old girl.
