Abstract
Sarcoidosis involving the pancreas is rare. Patients can present with sympt oms that mimic pancreatic cancer. We report a case of a male patient with c linical and radiographic findings suggestive of pancreatic cancer as the in itial manifestation of sarcoidosis.
