Abstract
The results of calorimetric studies of 5SrRNA isolated from Lupinus luteus and of tRNA(Phe) both in the absence and in the presence of different conce ntrations of cations Cu2+, Pb2+ are reported. The temperature and the entha lpy of melting have been determined. Using the deconvolution method the ele mentary transitions have been distinguished and discussed.
