Abstract
Rectal carcinoma is rare during pregnancy. Prognosis is usually unfavorable due to late diagnosis, and management, especially regarding the mode of de livery, is controversial. Current treatment of rectal carcinoma includes ne oadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, which may influence obstetrical management.
