Abstract
We analyze dielectric data obtained on PZT-SA samples which had been electr ically deaged in a well defined way. Thus the exponent alpha of the power l aw characterizing the ac-field dependence of the effective dielectric coeff icient epsilon(11 epsilon)* could be determined with high accuracy. The res ult alpha'=1.10(1) and alpha"=1.07(1) obtained for the real and imaginary p art of epsilon(11)* respectively, confirms the non-Rayleigh type nonlineari ty of soft PZT in the field range of uncorrelated domain wall motion.
