On a lattice model for type II incommensurate crystals

For a generalization of the simplest possible discrete model with a Lifshit z point in the phase diagram the temperature dependence of the parameters i s discussed. We find that temperature dependences above and below the parae lectric transition are different, in contrast with Landau theory.
