The amplitude and phase of a.c. electric response of single crystals of Pb(
Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3 relaxor ferroelectrics on sinusoidally modulated thermal flu
x in the wide range of modulation frequencies have been investigated withou
t and under application of external electric field. The contribution to the
response observed under application of electric voltage concerned with the
strong temperature dependence of dielectric permittivity and the role of e
lectron states in the volume and near-surface layer of structure disordered
ferroelectrics with diffuse phase transition is discussed.
