Abstract
The present capabilities of the Service in Toulouse are described, fol lowed by the framework of the ''12 MJ Project'' which is now under con struction together with the characteristics of the future magnets avai lable in 1995. The 12 MJ pulsed generator is an expansion by a factor 10 of the generator built 20 years ago.
