We established the dependences between the technological parameters of spra
ying process of the VK-15V composite powder, structurally plastic state of
coatings and fatigue strength of the base (the VT8 titanium alloy). On the
basis of the studies performed we developed and introduced the process of d
etonation spraying of the VK-15V powder on the contact areas of antivibrati
ng blade flanges of the GTE fan of the NK family.
