Abstract
Patients with Parkinson's disease are frequently treated by psychiatri sts. We report on the exacerbation of parkinsonian symptoms in two pat ients prescribed paroxetine, an SSRI antidepressant. We discuss the po ssible mechanism for such an interaction.
