Abstract
We report a rare case of miliary brain metastases presenting with symp toms similar to encephalitis (''carcinomatous encephalitis''). Contras t-enhanced MRI demonstrated miliary metastases more distinctly than ot her imaging methods and reproduced the pathological features.
