Unilateral absence of the pulmonary artery and bronchial-to-coronary-artery
anastomosis are rarely described congenital vascular anomalies. The author
s report a case of a 49-year-old female presenting with both anomalies. The
presenting symptoms and pertinent diagnostic imaging are described, includ
ing conventional radiographs, angiography, computed tomography, and magneti
c resonance imaging, and the therapeutic options available are discussed.
