In 27 patients with Wilsons disease analysis of movement disorder was perfo
rmed by means of the V-Scope system. The results of the standard examinatio
n procedure which included recording of tremor during rest and tension, poi
nting movements, finger tapping with index finger and drawing a spiral were
quantitatively compared to a control group. No differences were found betw
een the different neurological forms. There were also no differences betwee
n non-neurological forms and the control group. Hence the method used can r
epresent the course of the disease during treatment.
