The ionic conductivity of lanthanum containing vanadocalcic oxyapatite Ca10
-xLax(VO4)(6)O(1+x/2)square(1-x/2) (0 less than or equal to x less than or
equal to 2) was measured by the complex impedance method at temperatures fr
om 350 to 900 degrees C. The frequency resolved spectra of this conductivit
y show the temperature dependence of conduction regimes such as the hopping
motion, relaxation hopping, and vibrational movements of the mobile ions,
