Abstract
The main point of this note is to give a simple semigroup proof of a correl
ation inequality due to Hv, [H]. We also recover recent correlation inequal
ities due to HOUDRE, PEREZ-ABREU and SURGAILIS, [HPS] and obtain some new c
orrelation inequalities on Lie groups.
