Abstract
The palladium complex of tris(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)phosphine (TTMPP) cata lyzes the telomerization of isoprene with several secondary amines with unp recedented levels of selectivity for the head-to-head isomer. A mechanism b ased on stereoelectronic control by a Pd-monophosphine adduct is proposed.
