Abstract
Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic that is associated with certain adve rse effects that limit its usefulness. Published case reports have associat ed clozapine with impairment of glucose tolerance, including the onset or e xacerbation of diabetes mellitus. We report two patients who experienced di abetes mellitus associated with the agent.
