Abstract
Thermodynamical fluctuations of temperature in mirrors of gravitational wav e antennae may be transformed into additional noise not only through therma l expansion coefficient [V.B. Braginsky, M.L. Gorodetsky, S.P. Vyatchanin, Phys. Lett. A 264 (1999) 1; cond-mat/9912139] but also through temperature dependence of refraction index. The intensity of this noise is comparable w ith other known noises at frequencies similar to 1 kHz. (C) 2000 Elsevier S cience B.V. All rights reserved.
