Abstract
An exothermal reaction has been observed when submitting metallic uranium t o the combined action of a magnetic field and an electrical current. The se t-up used to study the phenomenon is described and results are given. A ten tative explanation is given, based on the possible existence of a still hyp othetical proton/electron resonance.
