Abstract
Lasing regimes in a passive Q-switch Nd-glass laser with self-phase-conjuga tion in the active medium and LiF : F-2(-) crystal were studied. We demonst rate the possibility of single-mode lasing with a pulse train energy above 2 J, peak power up to 0.5 MW, spatial brightness above 1 x 10(11) W/(cm(2) sr), and a coherence length of 0.95 m.
