Abstract
The thermodynamic prehistory of the samples of Na1-x Li-x NbO3 ceramics (0. 015 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.025) affects the behavi or of these solid solutions in applied electric fields. The field-induced s hift of the Curie temperature in this system can be minimized by selecting optimum conditions for structure formation. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interperio dica".
