Ordered mesoporous titanium oxides were synthesized using a block copolymer
as a structure directing agent through (NIo)-I-o assembly pathway. The cal
cined mesoporous samples were characterized by TG - DTA, XRD, TEM and N-2 a
dsorption methods. These mesoporous oxides have inorganic framework and thi
ck channel wall, in which small crystallites of anatase TiO2 can be formed
during calcination. The incorporation of Ce3+ ions into the channel wall dr
amatically improves the stability of the mesoporous structure.
