Abstract
2-O-Allyl protected glycosyl donors may be glycosylated stereoselectively v ia a three step sequence involving double bond isomerization, N-iodosuccini mide mediated tethering to a glycosyl acceptor and subsequent intramolecula r glycosylation (intramolecular aglycon delivery, IAD).
