Abstract
Let a,b be singular endomorphisms of a finite dimensional vector space V an
d denote by S-a the semigroup generated by all the elements g(-1)ag, where
g epsilon Aut(V). The aim of this paper is to prove that b epsilon S-a if a
nd only if rank(b) less than or equal to rank(a).
