Abstract
Monocrystalline films of sphalerite-type (Cd, Zn)S were grown on GaAs by at omic layer epitaxy in a gas flow system. Structural properties were determi ned and compositional uniformity confirmed by means of X-ray diffraction an d photoluminescence. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
