Abstract
The essential oil of the foliage and blanches of Satureja viminea was exami ned by GC and GC/MS. The oil, produced in 0.33+/-0.11% from fresh vegetativ e tops, was dominated by p-menth-3-en-8-ol (48.1+/-1.7%) and pulegone (14.4 +/-1.3%).
