Abstract
The chemical composition of the essential oil of Myrcianthes fragrans (Sw.) McVaugh was studied by GC/MS. Twenty-one components have been identified o f which a-pinene (41.8%) and limonene (30.0%) are the major ones, with less er amounts of 1,8-cineole (6.5%) and alpha-terpineol (5.7%)..
