Abstract
The efficiency of Lavasept(R) and Braunol(R) for the treatment of wound hea ling by second intention in the dog was compared clinically, microbiologica lly and histopathologically. Lavasept(R) was more efficient than Braunol(R) . Lavasept(R) treatment resulted in faster granulation, epithelisation and reduction of the size of the wound.
