Comments on "On the constitutive relations of chiral media and Green's dyadics for an unbounded chiral medium"

The claim of Liu et al. in a recent paper in this journal that rigor is lac king and something is amiss in previously derived expressions of the infini te-medium dyadic Green's functions of a homogeneous, isotropic chiral mediu m is shown to be without any substance. As a consequence, the paper by Liu et al. contains no new insight into a subject that has been thoroughly unde rstood on the basis of rigorous mathematical within the last decade.
