Abstract
The NEC Core family rooted in System on a Chip (SoC) covers a wide range of market requirements. The NEC Core line-up founded on SoC will be introduce d, subsequently a Core road map will be indicated. Moreover, the system lev el design using Core will be discussed. A prototype verification system for SoC has been introduced. Finally, Core reuse will be discussed to some ext ent.
