Abstract
Assuming equal tree-level Majorana masses for the standard-model neutrinos, either from the canonical seesaw mechanism or from a heavy scaler triplet, I discuss how their radiative splitting may be relevant to neutrinoless do uble-beta decay and neutrino oscillations.
