Abstract
Two cases of a bovine listeria mastitis and a mould mastitis are being desc ribed and discussed. The L. monocytogenes strains isolated from milk as wel l as silage samples were further genotyped means of Pulsed-Field Gel Electr ophoresis (PFGE) and macrorestriction analysis (ApaI). Three strains from t he silage and four strains; from quarter milking showed an identical PFGE-p attern.
