Abstract
Ru-Ni-Ru and Pd-Ni-Pd trinuclear complexes containing azolo [thiazolo (L-1) and triazolo (L-2)] linked 6,8,15,17-tetramethyldibenzo-5,9,14,18-tetraaza cyclotetradecene nickel(II) diacetate as a bridging ligand were synthesised and characterized by elemental analysis, conductance and i.r., u.v.-vis., H-1-n.m.r. spectra and FAB-mass data. The luminescent and electrochemical p roperties of the complexes were also studied.
