Abstract
Pectoralis major rupture is a well-recognised but uncommon injury that rare
ly leads to complications. We present an unusual case where the resultant h
aematoma following a pal tial rupture became infected and caused problems w
ith diagnosis. We are only aware of one previous report of this.
