The calculation of the electron spin evolution operator was performed in th
e presence of frequency migration over the arbitrary hyperfine structure. T
he results obtained were used to analyze the transformation of OD mu WFE (o
ptically detected microwave field effect) kinetics with concentration on th
e system hexafluorobenzene/p-terphenyl - d(14) (C6F6/PTP - d(14)) in n-dode
cane. It was shown that only the account for the additional electron transf
er reaction PTP - d(14)(-) + C6F6 --> PTP - d(14) + C6F6- allows one to ach
ieve a good agreement between the theoretical and experimental data. The ra
te constant of this process was estimated to be 10(10) M(-1)s(-1). The theo
retical approach developed can be also used to analyze magnetic and spin ef
fects in photochemically induced reactions of radical ions. (C) 2000 Publis
